Quality Statement
Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our clients with best services which meet and even exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.
Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available to all employees.Although the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
Safety Statement
It is a policy of FSGCC to strive for the highest safety standards on our projects. Safety does not occur by chance. It is the result of careful attention to all company operations by those who are both directly and indirectly involves. Employees at all levels must work diligently to execute the company’s policy on safety and occupational health.
Our safety program was developed to assure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations with particular emphasis on the Occupational Safety and Health Act(OSHA). All levels of our organization are responsible for the safety of the general public, our own employees, and the employees of our subcontractors. Safety is the responsibility of all levels of our organization. Any accident causes pain, both physical and mental. The prevention of injury and illness is a goal well worth achieving. It is our responsibility to make safety and health a daily concern. Providing a safe place to work, proper protective equipment, and a work environment conducive to safe work practices and policies is a primary concern to our management.
